• Seniors are 62+; Students must show valid ID; Children 12 years and under are free but must still have a ticket to attend.
• No additional discounts will be honored for online ticket purchases. If you have a coupon, guest pass, complimentary ticket, or any other discount offer, please purchase your tickets in-person at the Museum to receive the discount.
• If you are using a Library Pass checked out from your local library, please plan to purchase your discounted tickets in-person at the Museum. Please note that to use a library pass, it must be checked out in advance of your visit and brought to the Museum. Library passes are not the same as a library card.

• If you are using printed Guest Passes for anyone in your party we regret we cannot honor these in online ticket bookings. Please plan to present them at the Admissions Desk.

All online purchasers must check-in at the Admissions Desk upon arrival to receive admission sticker(s) and faerie trail guide. Tickets are non-refundable, valid for one-time use only on any day during the event's open hours. Everyone in your party MUST have a ticket, even if they are a child.

All tickets are issued as eTickets. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your tickets after purchase. Please have tickets ready to be scanned when you arrive. You can print your tickets at home or we can scan them from your mobile device.

If you are unable to use your tickets during the Wee Faerie Village event, they can be used for general Museum admission prior to December 31, 2025.

Through August 31, 2025 we are offering $5 Admission for all Connecticut State Department of Education staff + 1 guest. Enter code SUMMER25 at checkout to claim this discount. Your discount will then appear in the cart.

The Museum is participating in the CT State Department of Education's Digital Backpack Program to show our appreciation to all educators and staff within our PK-12 and adult education school system. This includes teachers, paraprofessionals, custodians, bus drivers, principals, superintendents, adult educators, and everyone who works with CT students daily. This appreciation includes both public and private school staff. Please note: you may be asked to show proof of employment (a school ID card or business card) when checking in at our Front Desk.

All ticket purchasers must check-in at the Front Desk upon arrival to receive admission to the Museum. Tickets are non-refundable, valid for one-time use only on any day during the Museum's open hours through Sunday, August 31, 2025. Museum hours are Tuesdays–Sundays, 10am to 5pm.
