MUSEUM GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS

April through December: Tuesday-Sunday 10am-5pm

January through March: Tuesday-Sunday 10am-4pm

The Museum is CLOSED on Mondays, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth (June 19), July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (December 24), and Christmas Day (December 25).

PLEASE NOTE: General Admission tickets are NOT valid during our special event Wee Faerie Village (September 28–November 3, 2024.) There is an additional $5 surcharge on tickets during this event.

For GENERAL ADMISSION: Adult | Senior | Student | Child (5-12) | Child (4 & under)

• Seniors are 62+; Students must show valid ID; Children 4 and under are free.
• No additional discounts will be honored for online ticket purchases. If you have a coupon, guest pass, complimentary ticket, or any other discount offer, please purchase your tickets in-person at the Museum to receive the discount.
• If you are using a Library Pass checked out from your local library, please plan to purchase your discounted tickets in-person at the Museum. We cannot accommodate online bookings for Library Passes at this time.

For MUSEUM MEMBERS: Member Adult | Member Senior | Member Student/Child 

• All Members have been emailed a discount code applicable to online ticket booking. Even if your tickets are free, you must complete the transaction, adding all desired tickets to the cart and checking out.
• If you are having trouble booking or did not receive a discount code, please contact the Front Desk: 860.434.5542 x111 or FrontDesk@FloGris.org. 
• We cannot accommodate Business Member ticket bookings online at this time; please plan to get your tickets in-person at the Museum. Thank you for your understanding!
• If you are using printed Guest Passes for anyone in your party we regret we cannot honor these in online ticket bookings. Please plan to present them at the Admissions Desk.

All online purchasers must check-in at the Admissions Desk upon arrival to receive admission. Tickets are non-refundable, valid for one-time use only on any day during the Museum's open hours. Everyone in your party MUST have a ticket, even children.

All tickets are issued as eTickets. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your tickets after purchase. You must download your ticket(s) prior to arrival. Please have tickets ready to be scanned when you arrive. You can print your tickets at home or we can scan them from your mobile device. Please doublecheck that your email address is correct in order to receive your ticket email.
